The favourite vegetables cooked with spaghetti and Spiroulina flakes! A meal with high nutritional value that everyone will love!

Ingredients:

- 1 big broccoli
- 500g of spaghetti
- 10 tiny tomatoes sliced
- 2 tablespoons of Spiroulina flakes
- 1 garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Salt and Pepper
- Oregano
Method:
- You section the broccoli in pieces, and you boil them for a couple of minutes until they are soft.
- You remove the broccoli and add the spaghetti in the same water.
- In a pan you add the olive oil in medium temperature, and you add the broccoli.
- Add the tiny tomatoes and garlic and continue frying for 1 minute.
- In the end, add mustard and salt.
- Remove the pan from fire once it has boiled.
- With a large fork, transfer your spaghetti in the pan and mix
- Let it cool for a while so it can absorb all fluids
- Serve with fresh pepper, oregano and Spiroulina flakes!
