Fava with its delicious flavour and Spiroulina flakes consist the ideal meal that satisfies even the most demanding people!

  • 1 bag of fava
  • 1 slightly cut onion
  • ½ tablespoon of oregano
  • Salt & pepper
  • ½ tablespoon of curry
  • ½ tablespoon of mustard in powder
  • 50g olive oil

For the sauce

  • 5 large tomatoes grated
  • 60g olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sugar (optional)

After having boiled fava with the onion, blend it and put it in a plate. Add oregano, curry, mustard powder, salt and pepper. In this way we create a smooth mixture where we can shape the meatballs. Then place them on a wax paper in a baking sheet and cook until brown in 180 degrees. In a pot add the tomatoes, curry, salt and pepper, sugar and olive oil. Add water and let the sauce be cooked. When ready serve in a dish.
