Ingredients

  • 1 slice of wholemeal bread
  • 2 tablespoons of quark cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of grated cucumber
  • A little coriander
  • 1 pinch of salt blossom
  • 1 tablespoon of Spiroulina flakes

Directions

  1. Spread the quark on the bread.
  2. Garnish with cucumber, coriander & salt blossom.
  3. Sprinkle with Spiroulina flakes
