Green salad with carrot and Spirοulina Flakes

Upgrade the classic green salad by adding carrot which is full in antioxidants and Spirοulina flakes that contain all the necessary nutrients. Give yourself energy and boost with only one salad.

  • 1 carrot
  • 200g lettuce
  • 100g curly salad
  • 50g boiled beetroots
  • 5 tiny tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of Spirοulina flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cider
  • Salt


  1. Cut the carrot and the tiny tomatoes in the middle
  2. Cut in big slices the lettuce, the curly salad and the beetroots
  3. Add the mixture in a big bowl and add the Spirοulina flakes
  4. Lastly, add the olive oil, the cider and the salt.
