- 1 carrot
- 200g lettuce
- 100g curly salad
- 50g boiled beetroots
- 5 tiny tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of Spirοulina flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cider
- Cut the carrot and the tiny tomatoes in the middle
- Cut in big slices the lettuce, the curly salad and the beetroots
- Add the mixture in a big bowl and add the Spirοulina flakes
