Tagliatelle with salmon

Ingredients
- 400g tagliatelle with Spiroulina PLATENSIS
- 200g smoked salmon
- 2 spring onions
- 2 Tbsp oliveoil
- 20ml white wine
- 160ml crème fraîche
- Some capers
- Some dil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Saute the chopped spring onions with olive oil in a deep pan.
- Add the white wine & the salmon in pieces.
- After the wine has evaporated, add the crème fraîche.
- When the sauce is ready, boil the tagliatelle according to the instructions.
- Serve in a Coconut Bowl & sprinkle with capers & chopped dill.
