Summer acai bowl with Spiroulina PLATENSIS

Vegan, rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, this quick and easy acai bowl is a perfect way to start your day!

  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp acai berry powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 400g coconut milk
  • 1 sachet of Spiroulina PLATENSIS Powder

For garnish

  • 1/2 diced mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 dragon fruit (red pitaya)
  • 10g cinnamon


  1. Peel and dice the mango and the banana, and put them in the freezer for 2h.
  2. Once frozen, throw them in the blender adding the remaining ingredients.
  3. Beat for 2′, until they become a thick mixture.
  4. Serve in a Coconut Vegan Bowl.
  5. Garnish by placing the topping in stripes.
