  • 1 slice of seed bread
  • 1 boiled egg
  • ½ avocado in slices
  • 1 tablespoon of Spiroulina flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of linseed
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cut in slices the boiled egg and the avocado
  2. Add the on top of the seed bread
  3. Add the linseed, Spiroulina flakes, salt and fresh pepper
  4. Your snack is ready!
