Tagliatelle with Spiroulina PLATENSIS & King Oyster Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 400g Tagliatelli with Spiroulina PLATENSIS
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 500g King Oyster Mushrooms diced
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- ½ tsp. oregano
- 80ml pasta water
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Σπιρουλίνα flakes
- 1 Tbsp. dried King Oyster Mushrooms
Instructions
- In a pot of boiling water, add salt and Tagliatelle.
- Boil for 5′ and strain them. Reserve some of the pasta water.
- Heat 5 tbsp. olive oil and saute the onion & pepper on medium heat for 5′
- Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and saute for 10′.
- Add the garlic and oregano and leave on cooking for 1′.
- Add the water from the pasta.
- After it comes to a boil, lower the heat & add the tomato.
- Stir & remove from heat.
- Serve while hot, sprinkling with Spirulina Flakes & dried King Oyster μανιτάρια.
