- 1 orzo packet (500g)
- 2 large zucchinis
- 3 Florini’s peppers
- 1 litre of water
- 7 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 tablespoon soya
- Salt and pepper
- Cut peppers and zucchinis in small pieces (sticks) and the onions in cubes
- Add olive oil and orzo in a pot and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes. In a large non-sticking pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the vegetables (zucchinis, peppers, onions and soya) and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes in medium temperature.
- Add the stir-fried orzo in the pan, add water until it is absorbed, and the orzo is boiled. If necessary, add more water until the orzo is fully cooked.
- Remove the pan from fire when ready serve.
