Orzo with vegetables, soya and Spiroulina flakes

  • 1 orzo packet (500g)
  • 2 large zucchinis
  • 3 Florini’s peppers
  • 1 litre of water
  • 7 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 tablespoon soya
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cut peppers and zucchinis in small pieces (sticks) and the onions in cubes
  2. Add olive oil and orzo in a pot and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes. In a large non-sticking pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the vegetables (zucchinis, peppers, onions and soya) and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes in medium temperature.
  3. Add the stir-fried orzo in the pan, add water until it is absorbed, and the orzo is boiled. If necessary, add more water until the orzo is fully cooked.
  4. Remove the pan from fire when ready serve.
