- 400ml coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of agave or maple syrup
- 1 sachet of Spiroulina PLATENSIS Powder
- 1 tablespoon Spiroulina flakes
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- In a blender, mix all ingredients except cocoa. If we do not have a blender, we can use a wire whisk.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Cover and place in the freezer for at least 3-4h.
- Before serving, let it thaw for 20 ‘so we can use the ice cream scoop.
- Sprinkle a little cocoa & Σπιρουλίνα flakes, before serving.
